Interested in a leadership opportunity with a leading mental health organization in NC? Alexander Youth Network is looking for a Therapeutic Foster Care Program Manager for our Charlotte TFC Team. The Program Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the Foster Care Program, leading to the delivery of high quality behavioral healthcare services to all clients. The Program Manager ensures effective clinical programming is offered and that the program’s operation is closely coordinated and integrated with other organizational units and functions; ensures staffing is proportionate to program needs. Assists Access team with matching process. Assists with marketing of TFC program; maintains positive relationships with DSS, DJJ, and other community agencies, provides updated information of bed openings and services. Develops annual operating objectives and strategies, consistent with the agency's strategic and annual goals. Program Manager will occasionally carry a caseload as necessitated by staffing adjustments. Qualified applicants should meet the following criteria: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in human services from a four-year College or University; and minimum of 2 years related experience required. The Relatives On Ramp Resource Center is looking for a Resource Center Assistant to provide support to the On Ramp and Housing programs. This position is a great opportunity for some interested in gaining hands-on experience with youth and young adults in crisis. The position is part-time, 25 hours a week. Interns are required to attend all mandatory trainings before beginning their internship hours.
