What you would do:
Alexander Youth Network is seeking a Behavioral Health Direct Care to join our PRTF staff in Charlotte, NC. This is a 3rd Shift (12am - 8am) position, 32 hour shift. The Behavioral Health Direct Care Professional will provide, coordinate, and monitor a variety of direct care activities for clients in the residential, group home or other client treatment environment in accordance with the NMT model ensures consistent and appropriate activities, therapeutic activities, clinical interventions, and staffing and treatment planning. Ensures a clean and safe environment for clients; ensures residential facilities of clients are clean, safe and maintained. Offers appropriate intervention services; facilitates individual, group and family conferences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES. Other duties may be assigned.
Completes documentation timely and accurately
Completes all mandated training
Provides quality services in accordance with NMT model and agency policies
Maintains neat work area
Participates in clinical staffing
Adheres to TCI protocols for restrictive interventions (RIs)
Attendance: Has minimal occurrences of unscheduled absences or lateness

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma is required. B.A. /B.S. in a related human service field preferred. Four years Mental Health experience is preferred.
