What you would do:
Staff person would be responsible for interacting and leading activities with clients, inputting accurate weekly data entry of all crisis calls and walk-ins into the CDT system; supervising clients throughout their shift; completing intakes if they arrive during their shift; ensuring the house is clean and tour ready; administering medications as needed; and other duties as needed. This is a Weekend 3rd shift 11pm-7am PRN (as needed) position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES. Other duties may be assigned.
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, including service plans, client assessments and verbal/written summary of each resident at shift change
Direct care staff provide quality services in accordance with Love and Logic, TCI regulations, Joint Commission standards and agency policies.
Direct care staff will demonstrate the ability to function safely, professionally and ethically without the benefit of direct supervision. This includes serving as resident advocate, providing referrals, facilitating individual and group sessions and case management (as needed).
Answer and respond to phone calls, including crisis calls.
Completes all mandated training.
Maintains neat and safe work environment.
Responsible for the overseeing the administration of doctor-referred medication to residents

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma/ Equivalent Required. Experience with population preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver's license.
