Day Treatment Licensed Therapists with Sign-on Bonus! - Greensboro, NC

Alexander Youth Network is looking for Licensed Therapists to provide clinical services in our Day Treatment programs in the Guilford/Triad area. 

  • Mell Burton (middle/high) - Greensboro
  • Building Futures (elementary) - Greensboro
  • Southmont & Davidson (elementary/middle) - Lexington

Qualified applicants must be full or provisionally licensed in the state of NC (LCSA, LCMHC, LMFT, or LPA). Selected candidates will receive a $500 sign-on bonus, with an additional $500 bonus after successfully completing the six-month introductory period. 

Salary starting at $45,000 for associate-level licensure and $50,000 for full licensure.

What you would do:

Provides, directs, delivers, and monitors a variety of Therapeutic activities for clients in the day treatment environment. Manages all aspects of the child treatment.; Provides and directs educational groups and does individual, group and family therapy. Oversees all staff and clients on the team to ensure treatment plan is followed. Offers appropriate intervention services and clinical supervision.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties - Other duties may be assigned

  • Assesses the needs of clients within the program
  • Provides clinical direction within the program implementing model of care principles
  • Completes all documentation and progress notes in a timely manner
  • Monitors clinical quality of staff documentation
  • Completes all assessments and outcomes measures
  • Conducts case staffing for each client

Education and Experience

Credentials as provisionally licensed or fully licensed professional required.  If provisionally licensed, must achieve full licensure within 30 months of hire. Familiarity in MS Office applications preferred.


Valid Driver's license in state of residency.  Minimum of credentials as provisionally licensed professional required.
