The Facilities Engineer
maintains and ensures continuous operation of the physical facility in
accordance with the agency's standards and guidelines by providing on-site
maintenance for all programs.

$17.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
What you would do:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
various refrigeration, plumbing and heating-related duties; assist in the
purchase, installation, repair and maintenance of various plumbing,
heating and air conditioning fixtures.
a variety of equipment and machines including saws, drill presses and
various hand and power tools to perform repair and maintenance work;
maintain tools and equipment in a safe, clean and proper working condition
cost of labor and materials for work orders; obtain competitive prices for
equipment and supplies needed.
a variety of skilled building maintenance including repairs to doors,
windows, roofs and other building parts; construct or assemble furniture
and other wood and metal structures.
minor maintenance and minor repair on mechanical and electrical equipment;
test and replace circuits; coordinate emergency repairs; perform routine
mechanical and electrical maintenance.
all service requests and miscellaneous projects as assigned by the
Operations Manager & Maintenance Supervisor in a timely manner.
and coordinate a regular schedule of service and preventive maintenance of
all equipment and utilities related to facility operation and in house
requirements set by Maintenance Supervisor.
notify and correct hazardous and/or dangerous situations.
and dispose of recycling items.
with necessary painting, custodial and grounds work as needed.
in standby emergency evening, weekend and holiday coverage.
and stock paper products.
in identifying maintenance needs and possible hazardous conditions or
situations and notify Maintenance Supervisor.
work surfaces as regulated by OSHA.
Facilities Manager of equipment needing repair or replacement.
all duties with minimal or no direct supervision.
effective internal and external communication.
all safety, health and infection control policies.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree
(GED); and three years experience.
