What you would do:

SUMMARY

The Manager for Intensive In-Home is responsible for the management and oversight to Intensive In-home program for the designated Region. Assures clinical quality, model fidelity and outcomes, as well as the achievement of program measures and goals.  Assures programs meet all clinical and administrative requirements. Assure that all monthly and annual operational metrics and goals are met through monitoring and auditing of staff performance. Provide strong clinical oversite to IIH when staffing challenging cases to ensure appropriate interventions are being delivered and client is moving through the correct service continuum.

Back up the Executive Director in attending community events and meetings when the ED is not available to attend. Required tofill in as IIH Lead or IIH QP as needed. If licensed, may provide CCA's, OPS or other services that may be needed in the region as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide clinical and supervision to Team Leads, and staff.
  • Assure that all monthly and annual operational metrics and goals are met through monitoring and auditing of staff performance.
  • Provide training and supervision for staff under this position; ensuring alignment with agency management and priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with IIH service definition and requirements, and program model fidelity.
  • Ensures on-call coverage within the Intensive in-Home program 24/7/365. Leading continuous quality improvement to ensure IIH meet clinical expectations as evidenced through positive tracer and corporate compliance scores.
  • Ensure appropriate and timely handling, processing and assignment of referrals to IIH teams.
  • Ensure authorization and continuous re-authorization of service.
  • Ensure compliance with service and agency documentation requirements (progress notes, PCPs, etc.)
  • Meet monthly budget expectations.
  • Assure overall program productivity and census/service delivery requirements.
  • Meet monthly measures specific to program/service
  • Work closely with designated region Intake staff to move referrals quickly into programs. 
  • Ensure maximum service utilization so that units of service requested match units of service delivered.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Must have Bachelors Degree in Human Services; Masters' Degree in Human Services preferred.  Requires three to six years experience with child/adolescent population.  Must be a Qualified Professional - Provisional or licensed strongly preferred.  Must have at least one year of experience with IIH or MST service delivery to child/adolescent population.

Minimum of three years in a management- role required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
