Alexander Youth Network is looking for a LCSW for our PRTF (Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility) Our PRTF is a 36-bed co-ed treatment facility that serves children, ages 5-14, with extreme emotional mental health needs. Qualified applications should be fully licensed LCSW (will consider other mental health licenses and associate level licenses) in NC and have prior experience providing mental health services for children/ adolescents. Experience in a PRTF setting highly preferred.

Plans, delivers, and monitors all clinical services for a caseload of 12 children in the PRTF program. Will be responsible for all clinical services delivered by the treatment team; leads the Core Assessment process and ensures follow-through on treatment recommendations; provides direct clinical services via individual sessions and family sessions; leads discharge planning and coordination, treatment team and weekly staffing meetings; provides training and supervision on the NMT model to direct care staff and outside team members.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree with a concentration in a Human Services field required. Masters degree and two years related experience in behavioral healthcare preferred. Fully Licensed LCSW strongly preferred, will consider other mental health licenses or associate level licenses. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
LCSW. Must be fully licensed. Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training (provided) and a N.C. Driver's license.
