Alexander Youth Network is seeking a highly qualified Recruiting and Engagement Specialist to join our Human Resources team. Working closely with the Director of Human Capital, the position will handle recruiting functions and will be responsible for the strategic recruitment of administrative, clinical and behavioral health talent in an extremely competitive market. This position will be responsible for tasks and deliverables that are integral to the strategic goals of the organization. The role is responsible for managing full cycle recruitment including:
- Posting job openings to internal and external sites
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Conducting interviews
- Extending offers and creating offer letters
- Reference checking
The Recruiting and Engagement Specialist participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies, develops and maintains candidate networks, and leverages online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking System to identify qualified candidates. Responsible for establishing and maintaining measurement standards to provide meaningful information that will guide continual improvement and further increase employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources or Organizational Development or Psychology. Three or more years of recruiting experience required. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices strongly preferred.
