The objective of this position is to ensure all employees at Alexander Youth Network have easy access to predictable, high-quality learning and development opportunities that create a foundation and path for success and impact at the agency, while also ensuring all regulatory training requirements are met. Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, the L & D Coordinator serves a in leadership role on the Learning & Development Team whose essential duties and responsibilities focus on quality training for effective learning, employee skill acquisition and regulatory compliance. The L & D Coordinator has training compliance oversight and will work closely with the Learning & Development Manager, Human Resources and Performance Improvement departments to ensure training files meet regulatory standards and remain audit ready.
To meet the L & D department objectives, the L & D Coordinator, as well as all members of the L & D team are required to work occasional evening and weekend hours, typically quarterly, but this can vary based on training demands. Periodic travel is also required to obtain TCI trainer certification and to provide training to staff working in remote programs.
