Alexander Youth Network is looking for energetic and dedicated candidates to join our RTC staff in Greensboro, NC.
Must be able to attend two-week paid orientation. Pay rate is $14/hour.

Comprehensive training. Employees in our RTC department are trained in:
High school diploma is required. B.A. /B.S. in a related human service field preferred. Experience with children/adolescents with mental health diagnosis preferred.
Provides, coordinates, and monitors a variety of direct care activities for clients in the residential, group home or other client treatment environment in accordance with the NMT model ensures consistent and appropriate activities, therapeutic activities, clinical interventions, and staffing and treatment planning. Ensures a clean and safe environment for clients; ensures residential facilities of clients are clean, safe and maintained. Offers appropriate intervention services; facilitates individual, group and family conferences.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES. Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma is required. B.A. /B.S. in a related human service field preferred. Four years Mental Health experience is preferred.
