ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs regular audits, inspections and tracer activities in programs and departments as assigned. Follows up with programs as needed to ensure provision of quality services.
Develop strategies and tools to ensure best practices in programs and departments.
Recommend changes and updates to forms and policies; assist programs with development of procedures
Embraces and models and communicates the principles of performance improvement philosophy.
Supports programs in management of investigations, incidents, grievances and routine reviews.
Leads performance improvement projects and initiatives as assigned.
Participates in survey, audit, and Joint Commission accreditation activities, including lead roles and account assignments as applicable.
Serves on or leads internal committees and represents the agency on community committees as assigned.
Develops and maintains positive relationships and communication skills with all programs and departments of Alexander Youth Network
Consults with programs to achieve high program and client outcomes based upon the outcomes established by the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS Satisfactory completion of a reference check, background check and drug screen. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and work well on a team in addition too independently. The ideal candidate must be English proficient with exceptional written and verbal communication skills (grammar & syntax). Have the ability to maintain confidential information and support programs during internal and external audits/reviews. The candidate must be computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office & aptitude for other programs. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office. Must have strong skills to navigate the internet and skills to review and interpret state, federal, and local standards. Technical writing skills are a plus. Prefers 3 years or more experience with:
