  • Responsible for the management and continued development of the program
  • Provides feedback and coaching to staff
  • Provides scheduled supervision to all staff
  • Ensures the Neurosequential Model is implemented consistently by all program staff through modeling, observation and supervision
  • Ensures that the program facility is neat and orderly at all times; infection-control policies are followed
  • Monitors clinical quality of staff documentation
  • On budget with census 90% over the course of the fiscal year
  • 100% attendance at regular management team meetings
  • Maintains positive relationship with all stakeholders, especially local school system


Program manager will meet requirements specified for a Qualified Professional (QP) and have minimum of 2 years experience in child/adolescent MH/ SA treatment services. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
