What you would do:
Alexander Youth Network is seeking a board certified or eligible Psychiatrists tfor their brand new, state-of-the-art Facility Based Crisis program in Guilford County opening Spring of 2021.
The Facility-Based Crisis program is a 16 bed inpatient service for children and adolescents that provides an alternative to hospitalization for youth presenting with escalated behavior due to a mental health, intellectual or development disability or substance use disorder who require treatment in a 24-hour residential facility. Facility-Based Crisis is an intensive short term, medically supervised service provided in a physically secure setting. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, with an expected length of stay of five to seven days.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
M.D. degree. Board Eligible or Board Certified Child Psychiatrist. Must have and maintain a current Controlled Substances Registration Certificate from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration. Must have and maintain a current Physician License and Controlled Substance License from the State. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
