Staff person would be responsible for interacting and leading activities with clients, inputting accurate weekly data of all crisis calls and walk-ins into the CDT system; supervising clients throughout their shift; completing intakes if they arrive during their shift; ensuring the house is clean and tour ready; administering medications as needed; and other duties as needed. Alexander Youth Network is looking for a QMHP to join our Coastal Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) team as a MST Therapist in Wilmington. The MST Therapist provides comprehensive services to adolescents and their families and completes functional assessments of the adolescent in the context of the family, school and community, focusing on helping parents build supportive social networks, empowering parents to address the needs of the adolescent more effectively, teaching the adolescent new coping skills and emphasizing long-term change that families can maintain after the program has been completed. QMHP should have either a Bachelors in a Human Services related field (i.e.. Psychology, Social Work) and two years experience with children/adolescents or a Masters in a Human Services related field and one experience with Children/adolescents or a Bachelors in a non- Human Services related field and four years experience with children/adolescents or be fully or provisionally licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Represents the agency leadership in a manner that provides for congruence across all hours of operation; direct, coordinate, and evaluate all aspects of program as provided through staff activity-based interventions; participates in developing and implementing services. Prepares daily schedules and coordinates activities to ensure required ratios, clinical model of care, and quality of service. Ensures that Person Centered Plans are developed, appropriate and implemented; all admissions and discharges are coordinated with external professionals and community resources. Follows up restraints or seclusions with a debriefing with staff involved; completes supervision log and debriefing forms. Ensures that a supervisor is available at all times between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, and "first responder" coverage is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Alexander Youth Network is looking for part-time, split shift morning and afternoon drivers to transport children to and from our Charlotte Day Treatment program. Day Treatment is an alternative program for children who have social and behavioral problems that create challenges for them in traditional classroom settings. Qualified applicants must be willing to safely transport children with emotional and behavioral issues. You must possess a valid NC or SC driver's license and have a clean driving record with no suspensions in the last five years. Experience operating a 15-passenger van is strongly preferred. Experience working with children preferred. The position is part-time, 20 hours weekly. A CDL is not required. Must be able to attend orientation and DOT training from Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.
