This is a PRN (as needed) position. Primarily 2nd shift 4pm-11pm and sleep shift overnight 11pm-8am. The Youth Focus' My Sister Susan's House program provides housing and transitional living services for pregnant and parenting youth ages 16-21 for up to 18 months. The program coach provides support to youth in a residential setting, helping them learn independent living skills. The program coach is responsible for assisting clients with goal setting, providing case management, facilitating groups, supervising outings, providing transportation, and providing overall support in a therapeutic environment.

My Sister Susan's House offers housing and transitional living services for pregnant and parenting youth ages 16-21. Youth are provided with a variety of services: counseling, vocational and educational training, parenting classes, independent living skills training, and other supports. These youth, and their dependent children, live at My Sister Susan's House for up to 18 months with all of their living expenses taken care of while they pursue goals that will allow them to live successfully on their own and provide the nurture and support their children need.
