Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, the L & D Coordinator serves a in leadership role on the Learning & Development Team whose essential duties and responsibilities focus on quality training for effective learning, employee skill acquisition and regulatory compliance. The L & D Coordinator has training compliance oversight and will work closely with the Learning & Development Manager, Human Resources and Performance Improvement departments to ensure training files meet regulatory standards and remain audit ready. To meet the L & D department objectives, the L & D Coordinator, as well as all members of the L & D team are required to work occasional evening and weekend hours, typically quarterly, but this can vary based on training demands. Alexander Youth Network is looking for part-time, split shift morning and afternoon drivers to transport children to and from our Charlotte Day Treatment program. Day Treatment is an alternative program for children who have social and behavioral problems that create challenges for them in traditional classroom settings. Qualified applicants must be willing to safely transport children with emotional and behavioral issues. You must possess a valid NC or SC driver's license and have a clean driving record with no suspensions in the last five years. Experience operating a 15-passenger van is strongly preferred. Our Behavioral Health Counselors work closely with the Licensed Therapists, Teachers, and other program staff to ensure that the clients' needs are met. A Mental Health Counselor spends about 80% of their day working directly with consumers helping them achieve their goals and the other 20% planning, documenting and completing case management duties. Some of the MHC responsibilities include: - Planning developmentally appropriate daily activities for the consumers and actively participates in these activities to promote healthy engagement and positive relationships. - Providing "in the moment' feedback to consumers to promote positive achievement of their goals - Helping to link consumers to supportive services and supports to assist them in meeting their goals across all settings.
